Rana Plaza 2 Years On – Long Road to Justice Walking Tour.

On 24th April 2013, over 1100 people were killed and 2500 injured when the Rana Plaza building collapsed in Bangladesh. The building housed Factories making clothes for Benetton, Primark, Matalan, Mango, and other major brands supplying clothes for the UK high street.

On the eve of the 2nd anniversary of the Rana Plaza Disaster, we organised a tour of the high street brands behind fashions’ dirty secret.

It was organised by Labour Behind the Label & War on Want and supported by Fashion Revolution, Potent Whisper, Rainbow Collective, The Brick Lane Debates ,TRAID & Traidcraft ; Unite the Union - London & Eastern
