Ask your MP to stand up for trade democracy!

As we learned from deals like TTIP and CETA, today's trade agreements touch everything from our environmental regulations, to public services like the NHS, and the ability of our government to make public interest regulations without being sued in a secret court system.

The Government is already engaged in secret talks with the USA – and the UK has promised to keep details of talks secret for four years after they finish. Despite Government promises that the Trade Bill would enable the UK to operate an independent trade policy after Brexit, it does nothing to secure the role of Parliament and the British people in meaningfully holding those deals to account.
