Proposing resolutions and constitutional amendments

Ordinary Resolutions

Any individual, household or affiliate member of War on Want may propose an ordinary resolution or constitutional amendment to the Articles of Association for consideration by members at the Annual General Meeting (AGM). Resolutions must be seconded by a fellow member of War on Want, but if you do not know any other War on Want member, we can usually help to facilitate this by providing a seconder.

Please contact Lisa Khaydari at support@waronwant.org for further assistance. A copy of War on Want’s current Articles of Association can be found here.

All valid resolutions and constitutional amendments will be distributed to members in advance of the AGM so that they have an opportunity to consider them.

Emergency Resolutions
